The design involves in not only keeping in mind everyday functioning of the office  but has also vehemently makes use of  the daylight available. Making use of water bodies & landscape features enables to uplift the environment from being a conventional office space to a dramatic working environment. The design component involves a warehouse space , an office space and a rent-able area. The corner plot location throws open the opportunity to indulge in developing an iconic piece of architecture that could provide to be  as a place marker in the local neighborhood. The varying floor plan orchestrates both the south and north side sun - letting in only the light and not the heat. The colour scheme of orange and brown draws its reference from the firm's branding colour scheme.
